Ananda Martial Arts & Fitness Academy (AMAFA) is a school committed to enlightened living through exploration and learning. We teach traditional martial arts, using modern information and methods. AMAFA develops well-rounded martial artists who:

• efficiently protect themselves and others from physical and mental harm,

• rigorously pursue the health, growth and flowering of their bodies, minds and spirits,

• and continually study the rich history, culture and principles of the martial arts to help them better understand themselves, their fellow human beings, and the worlds and universes in which they exist.
