Henry Gross started training at Ananda Martial Arts in 2015. Henry studies Taekwondo, Hapkido, and Traditional Weapons. He has attended several AMAFA summer camps, events, and tournaments, and is an AMAFA Camp Counselor. Assistant Instructor Henry earned a Taekwondo 2nd Degree Black Belt and a Hapkido 1st Degree Black Belt in May 2023.
Henry is a student at Skyline High School, where he tutors other students in math. He runs Cross Country and Track for Skyline, and has played the guitar in and out of school for over six years. He enjoys art, and frequently makes paintings for his friends and family. His favorite snacks are cheesy toast, strawberries, and carrots.
Assistant Instructor Henry says that one trait he cultivates during his time at AMAFA is Courage, the ability to “face hard things, and find joy in the challenge.”
